Amid the pandemic, Makati Medical Center (MakatiMed) is making it even easier for you and your family members to get the proper medical attention needed if someone is experiencing mild or moderate COVID-19 symptoms or if you have any general medical concerns. This top hospital in the Philippines is offering TeleMD and Drive-Thru consultation services as well as COVID HomeCare Packs for utmost convenience and safety.
MakatiMed’s TeleMD consultation services through the MMC HealthHub are available for adults and pediatric patients (newborn to 18 years old). You may consult for a single “visit” or choose a package. Single TeleMD consultation is available from 8:00AM to 9:00PM.
You have the option to choose the Basic package which will give you five (5) TeleMD consultations for five (5) days, a homecare guide, and a COVID HomeCare Pack. Each pack will contain a digital thermometer, a pulse oximeter, medicines, and vitamins. The Basic package is available for Php7,000 for adults and children (newborn to 12 years old) and Php6,800 for adolescents (13 to 18 years old).
An Extended package is also available with 10 TeleMD consultations for 14 days, a homecare guide, and a COVID HomeCare Pack, plus a medical certificate. The Extended package is available for Php10,500 for adults and children (newborn-12 years old) and at Php10,300 for adolescents (13-18 years old).
TeleMD add-ons such as RT-PCR swab, blood extraction, X-ray, face-to-face consultations, and assistance or referral to a specialist doctor may also be required depending on your current health situation. A novel and convenient service from MakatiMed is the Drive-Thru services for face-to-face medical consultations and on-site referral for a COVID diagnostic test via RT-PCR swab, chest X-ray, and other laboratory tests. Going through the Drive-Thru services also gives you access to purchase COVID HomeCare Packs at the site. You may also be further referred to get TeleMD consultation services you need for monitoring.
MakatiMed’s Drive-Thru services are available at the Convergys Open Parking on Dela Rosa corner Salcedo Street. Entrance is along Dela Rosa Street Access Road 3 right after McDonald’s in Kroma Tower. It’s open at 7:00AM to 4:00PM from Mondays to Saturdays.
